Very friendly and helpful staff, good breakfast, convenient location near metro and attractions, arranged airport taxis.
There was nothing I didn't like.

Spent xmas at this cute little hotel and it was such a lovely experience. the staff were amazing, welcoming and helpful. They gave complementary chocolates and wine in our room on arrival and also offered coffee and tea throughout the day, which was great. the hotel was situated in a perfect location, right in the heart of town which made walking around so easy. the antique decorations and beautiful courtyard were also a plus!
The breakfast wasn't great, quite basic with coffee that tasted average. the other negative was the lack of hot water during shower times.
